Launching your first campaign on Link Genius is an exciting step towards enhancing your outreach efforts. Here’s how you can get started:
Step 1: Click on Domain URL
Once you have connected your domain, click on your URL in the Pipeline dashboard, which redirects you to the Domain dashboard.

Step 2: Choose Your Campaign Type
In the Domain dashboard, you can add a campaign by clicking on the + button beside All Prospects.

Step 3: Set Up Campaign Details
You’ll see a New Campaign page where you can set up various campaign types:
- Competitors: Find websites targeting the same audience or niche. Type up to 10 URLs of competitor sites for analysis.
- Product Reviews: Find blogs reviewing specific products. Type up to 10 keywords to find product review opportunities.
- Link Round Up: Find roundup articles that feature external links. Type up to 10 keywords to find link round up opportunities
- Resource Pages: Find web pages that list helpful external resources. Type up to 10 keywords to find resource page opportunities.
- Write For Us: Find guest post opportunities. Type up to 10 relevant keywords to find blogs that accept guest posts.
- Breaking News: Find news posting opportunities. Type up to 10 keywords to receive new industry news and trends daily.
- Advanced Search: Do a refined search using specific filters. Type up to 10 unique search combinations you want to use.
Step 4: Set Quality and Outreach Settings
After choosing the type of campaign, you can specify the quality settings to ensure you connect with the right targets.
- Minimum Monthly Traffic: Least number of website visits per month required for target sites
- Minimum Domain Rank: Lowest acceptable domain rank score for a target site
- Do Follow: Set whether links should pass SEO value or not
- Link Type: Link format to target; can be text, image, form, RSS, redirect, canonical, or alternate
These settings help you maintain high standards for your outreach efforts.

Step 5: Schedule Your Email Campaigns
Next, set up your email campaigns to automate follow-ups and ensure timely communication:
- First Email: Choose your initial email template (e.g., Collaborate, Product Review) and set the time you want it sent.
- Follow-Up Emails: Schedule follow-up emails by choosing the template, specifying the delay in hours, and selecting the days and times they should be sent.
- Farewell: Send a final email to close the campaign and thank the prospect for their time.
You can set as many email templates as needed.

Step 6: Launch Your Campaign
Once all details are set and your emails are scheduled, review everything to make sure it looks good. Then, click the “Save” button to start your outreach.
You’ll be redirected back to the Domain dashboard, where you should see the campaign type added in the Overview section. Link Genius automatically pulls up all potential backlink sources that fit your criteria.
